Careers
We are building a small, carefully chosen team of pet people who are warm, reliable, detail oriented, and excellent communicators.
If that sounds like you, send a quick note below. We’ll review and follow up if there may be a fit.
Before Booking
Send an inquiry with your dates, pets, service type, location, and timing needs. If the dates are available, we will follow up with next steps. If the dates are already full, we can keep you in mind for the waitlist.
Meet & greets are optional unless a specific care situation requires one. If you would like an in-person meet & greet, it is booked at the same rate as a drop-in visit for one pet.
House sitting is based on agreed arrival and departure windows. Extended daytime coverage, early arrivals, late departures, or unusually long handoff windows may affect pricing.
Updates usually include photos, notes, and any important care details. The goal is for you to feel informed while your pets stay comfortable in their normal routine.
Medication support may be available when arranged in advance. Please provide clear dosage instructions, timing, storage details, vet information, and emergency contacts before service begins.
Please provide access instructions, parking details, alarm codes, building entry notes, trash day, mail, plant care, and anything important about the home before service begins.
Travel fees, holiday pricing, puppy or senior care, additional pets, and extended care needs may affect the final rate. These details are confirmed before booking.
All clients receive a Service Agreement outlining responsibilities, expectations, and liability considerations before services begin. Woofs & Roofs is not currently insured or bonded.
Dogs and cats are our core, but we are open to fish, crabs, bunnies, chickens, farm animals, horses, and unique pets after reviewing the care needs.
Cancellation details, date changes, and service adjustments are handled according to the Service Agreement and the specific booking details.
